I believe in the power of play as a fundamental way for children to make sense of the world around them. Through play, children develop language skills, problem-solving abilities, social competence, and creativity. By providing a play-based curriculum that is responsive to children's interests and needs, I foster a love for learning that extends beyond the classroom.

In my role as an educator at Dolphins, I recognize the invaluable role that families play in their children's early education. Establishing strong partnerships with families based on trust and mutual respect is crucial for supporting each child's learning journey. By involving families in decision-making processes and sharing children's achievements and progress, I ensure a collaborative approach that enhances continuity between home and the early childhood setting.
